| We are now looking for mature, energetic, teachers that are highly motivated for the next school year starting August. The right candidate will have teaching experience along with CE, PGDE or a Bachelors of Education in Early Childhood, computer skills, time-management skills, and self-initiative and creativity when arranging lessons for the children. Curriculum planning is also an important part of this position. Our school has a staff of over thirty with at any one time a Native English speaking staff of 10 and support staff of 6-8 in the International Section. Teachers must also use their teamwork ability to execute school functions throughout the school year.
Our school has an abundant amount of resources that allows teachers to concentrate on interaction with the children and reduces preparation time needed. Teachers must be able to make use of these resources to help children acquire knowledge in all the developmental areas. Our school uses both thematic and project approaches. Using a curriculum guide teachers are requested to develop a rich and child-centered curriculum. Teachers must be able to have a positive attitude towards teaching challenges.
Teachers who wish to apply for a position at our school should have the relevant qualifications to teach young learners. We welcome native English speaking candidates with experience teaching children ages 2-6 years. Contracts are for 2 years with paid school holidays throughout the year which includes three weeks holiday during the summer should they continue the contract or renew a contract.
